Patient Arrival Policy
For our patient’s and client’s protection, all pets must be on a leash or in a carrier and properly restrained while in our reception area. If you do not have a leash or carrier, we will gladly loan one for you to use.
Appointment Policy
Appointments are encouraged and recommended in an attempt to minimize patient wait time. Your time is valuable and we want to respect that. However, if you are unable to schedule an appointment ahead of time, please know that you will always be welcome. Hospital admittance is always available. This is where you can drop your pet off in the morning to be examined and pick up when services are finished.
We ask for a 24 hour cancellation for appointments. Some anesthetic procedures require a $25 deposit at the time they are scheduled. This deposit will be applied to the balance of the procedure and is refundable with a 24 hr cancellation. If the surgery is rescheduled, the deposit will remain on the account until the procedure is completed.
Emergencies that may occur while you are waiting will always receive precedence over an appointment. We know that if it was your pet having the emergency, you would also want it that way. We appreciate your understanding and patience. Emergencies fees and after hour fees may apply to emergency situations and deposits may be required.
For your convenience, we accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Care Credit and personal checks. There is a $25.00 return check fee for any check that is returned Non Sufficient Funds. Payment is due when services are rendered and a handling fee may apply on service left unpaid.
If at any time you would like an estimate on fees prior treatment, please feel free to ask for one and we will gladly prepare one for you. Some treatments will require an exam in order to give a complete estimate.
Privacy Policy
We do not collect or give out any information to any third party vendors or Internet businesses. No information will ever be disclosed to outside parties from us.
Above and Beyond Pet Care Hospital recognizes the importance of protecting the personal privacy of its clients, its patients and those individuals who simply visit our site.
Your privacy is also protected in our hospital. At no time is any information given out about the client or the pet without the consent of the owner.
